c) Child protection: • Raise awareness of children’s rights to protect them from abuse and neglect. • Promote protection of children rights and treatment of Juvenile offenders and child victims of offences. • Provide services to child victims of violence abuse and exploitation.
d) Climate change mitigation: • Promotion of tree planting through VSLA groups through the campaign of stop cutting trees and start planting trees. • Support schools to plant trees through inculcating trees planting culture in the children. • Promote wood energy saving stoves. • Advocacy for tree planting bye laws in partnership with local government. Our target is to reach the whole districts in Uganda. • Training society about the impotence of trees/forests.
